It is October 7, 2014, which means the day has finally come for us fans of the powerhouse 2K franchise; NBA 2K15 hits shelves today. The developers and those who have been fortunate enough to pre-play the much antipated game say that the it sets the bar for not only basketball games in the future, but the entire sports gaming genre. It boasts over six thousand new animations and the new face scanning technology allows you to see yourself actually play alongside rookies such as Jabari Parker and Andrew Wiggins, as well as established stars like LeBron James, Kevin Durant, and Chris Paul. The all new myCareer mode takes you on the journey of an undafted rookie grinding for ten-day contracts, in hopes of landing an eventual season long contract. The game also features actual player voices, and pre-game analysis by Ernie Johnson and Shaquille O’Neal. Along with many other features, NBA 2K15 is looking like a must buy.
