Mega Man Legacy Collection 2 Announced

Capcom has released a video today confirming that Mega Man Legacy Collection 2 is coming soon. The first Legacy Collection was released back in 2015, and had the first six Mega Man games. The sequel will contain games 7-10.

Bonus content will also be available. First-time players can make the games a little easier with the Extra Armor option, which will reduce the amount of damage they take, and include save points. Those seeking a challenge can try the Challenge Mode, which will remix old stages to provide more challenges, and will include online leaderboards for competitive gameplay. A museum will also be included, which will include artwork, music, development materials, and more.

Mega Man Legacy Collection 2 will be available on PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One on August 8 for $20 via retail locations or digital purchases. Capcom will also have a demo to try out at E3 this year. Check out the trailer here.

I'm an English Major with an emphasis in writing. When I have the free time, I love to play video games. I'll play just about anything, but my specific favorites are side scrollers, action games, and fighting games, specifically the Super Smash Bros. series. I prefer to play as a team, but I'm just as willing to compete, so long as the game is fun.
