New Ubisoft Game Out Next Week

Ubisoft just released a trailer for a new game today called Atomega. It will be an online-multiplayer FPS for up to eight players.

Set at the end of time, the world of Atomega puts players into the role of an Exoform, a cube that collects mass to grow into something else (a dinosaur, a gorilla-like creature, etc). The cube-like Exoforms are called ATOMs. If players get enough mass, they can turn into an OMEGA, a godlike being that can wipe out other players with ease. The goal of the game is to score the most points, and becoming an OMEGA and holding on to that status is a surefire way to win.

Atomega is being developed by Reflections, the studio responsible for Grow Up, and Grow Home. It will be available on September 19 for the PC. You can learn more at Ubisoft’s website, and check out the trailer here.

I'm an English Major with an emphasis in writing. When I have the free time, I love to play video games. I'll play just about anything, but my specific favorites are side scrollers, action games, and fighting games, specifically the Super Smash Bros. series. I prefer to play as a team, but I'm just as willing to compete, so long as the game is fun.
